2. Corporate Group Structure
GHANI GROUP OF COMPANIES INC. is the parent corporate umbrella operating 12 specialized Canadian business divisions. Certain divisions (including All Food Pack Canada, Directory 2020, and Ghani Rent A Car) operate separate branded websites. Transactions initiated through external division websites are subject to their respective transaction terms in addition to group governance.
3. Quotation Requests & Estimates
Submitting a quotation request through this website does not constitute a binding commercial contract. All quotations provided by GHANI divisions are estimates subject to final material verification, architectural review, laser measurements, vector artwork checks, and formalized order confirmation.
4. Commercial Partnerships
Submission of a commercial partner application does not guarantee acceptance or lead allocation. The relationship between GHANI and approved commercial partners is that of independent contractors; nothing herein establishes an employment, joint venture, or franchise relationship.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, branding assets, custom graphic badges, division logos, visual layouts, and code on GHANI.ca are the proprietary intellectual property of GHANI GROUP OF COMPANIES INC. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
This website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
